General

We're both! Dynotuned handles requests from all over the Midwest while also acting as a dealer for the same automotive parts we use in the shop.

We support just about everything. If you have a niche or limited production run vehicle and you're concerned it may not be in our wheelhouse, call ahead. Generally, once a certain level of customization is reached, it's all aftermarket EFI and fab.

Dyno tuned is an Authorized Dealer for all the parts we sell online. This remains true on the shop floor with the exception of parts that are readily available at different retailers and don't make sense for us to carry online.

Online Orders

Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date. Select the reason for your return in the menu, submit the form and we will respond with instructions. Shipping is not covered unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Return requests submitted outside the 30 day window will be reviewed on a case by case basis and acceptance is not guaranteed. All special order items will require a 10% restocking fee.

All products sold on the site carry only the warranties applied by the manufacturer. If you have an issue with the product, please contact the manufacturer. Any Dynotuned manufactured products will prominently display our own manufacturer warranty. We have none open to the public at this time.

The DynoTuned online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop, Google and Apple Pay. Regional customers WHO ARE HAVING WORK DONE ON A VEHICLE IN OUR SHOP can pay via the above POS methods, cash, and cashier's check. If you are unsure of whether you are eligible to pay in person, please contact us below.

Ship times will vary from product to product based on availabilty, region, and handling times. You will receive shipping confirmation once an order is invoiced and then a follow up email with tracking information once the item has shipped.

Service Center

Dynotuned currently operates a 2WD chassis dyno. This means we can accommodate any RWD, FWD, or RWD/FWD selectable vehicle. We CANNOT accommodate any full time 4WD or AWD vehicles at this time.

Always call for exact dyno availability. Dyno lead times are typically measured in weeks not days when the weather is nice. Always call ahead and attempt to schedule in advance.

Always call ahead to get exact project estimates. Dynotuned handles everything from minor specialized repairs to full bumper to bumper mods with powertrain transplants, heavily modified chassis, suspension, and steering. These projects require intense systems integration and fabrication making them long term by default. Each project is different but expect lead times for medium to large projects to be measured in months, not weeks.

Navigate to the contact page and give us a call! We will confirm that yours is a project we can take on and let you know when you can have the vehicle shipped to us or drop it off in person.

Get ahold of us! Send us an email or submit a form on the contact page and we will help you sort out your goals for your vehicle and evaluate what is possible and practical within your budget.
