Refund policy

Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date. Select the reason for your return in the menu, submit the form, and we will respond with instructions.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all hardware and documentation.

Shipping is not covered unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Electronic components — including ECUs, tuners, and wiring harnesses — cannot be returned once installed or once a tune has been loaded.

All special order items require a 10% restocking fee.

Return requests submitted outside the 30 day window will be reviewed case by case and acceptance is not guaranteed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
